Trailblazer Fellowship

A Leadership Initiative for Medical Students

We will be accepting new applications for the
2024 cycle starting October 2023

 

Medical students are accomplished, driven individuals. This fellowship will further challenge students to invoke change and impact their community. Students will be challenged to explore their own beliefs and goals, opposing views and solutions, as well as medical and non-medical issues affecting health care.

Fellows will identify a pathway for executive leadership and promote the development of skills such as emotional intelligence, communication, and interpersonal attentiveness.

This leadership experience will be driven by innovation, self-evaluation, cases, lectures, readings, and breakout sessions to strengthen students’ ability to improve the health of the community with an analytical and holistic approach.
