Iveta Kopil, M.S.
Director of Operations

Iveta is responsible for managing the grant projects and research personnel, as well as overseeing budgets, schedules, and material acquisition. She also leads the strategic and financial guidance of our programs to ensure the projects are properly planned, executed, and in alignment with the Office of Women's Health strategy, priorities, and partners. Additionally, she oversees interdepartmental activities, projects, and efforts.

Iveta previously studied at the medical school before relocating to the. U.S. Later she obtained a Master of Science degree in Basic Medical Sciences at Wayne State University. This interdisciplinary degree and over 12 years of clinical research experience allowed her to excel in women's health research. Furthermore, as a mother of five she is very passionate about serving women, especially during the time of pregnancy and perinatal period.
